All Building Managers receive 20% of all tax proceeds earned by that facility every time they transfer these funds to the guild. Please contact Seafoam or Azul if you do not know how to do this.
The Guild Rankings are updated roughly every 2 weeks and are based on each player's Effort Value for that period of time. This value is calculated from the following equation:
