After dividing all player's contribution by [Level^π + 1000] to make it fair for everyone (this arbitrary equation was the best I could come up with in 10 minutes), the winners are as follows:

To all members who have not been manager of a town facility before, it is your duty to transfer over funds (which you will automatically receive 20% of) every so often (max of once per day) to our town funds. Check the current taxes collected in the facility by opening up that facility and clicking [Building]. Note the number under Funds and pay this number via the [Admin Menu] button. Important: You are merely moving the money from the facility to our guild; this is not your money that is being paid.
Edit: Seafoam has denied her position of 2nd place. As such, all positions have been shifted upwards.
no lvling rewards?lol lets say im active but for some reasons i got tons of pc n u didnt know if im active or not coz u guyz judging it from contribution...hows dat?20% from being a manager?.........if 10m being transfered to guild so the manager just got 2m?'huh..lol..joking
