Policy Change and New Manager Positions

From now on, town manager positions will be decided based on guild contribution. Every guild member's change in contribution will be divided by [Level^π + 1000]. First place will receive the manager position for the highly profitable market. Similarly, second and third place will receive the Bank and Travel Agency.

The new managers are as follows:

1st Place: Kagula (Market Manager Position)
2nd Place: Gatakka (Bank Manager Position)
3rd Place: meowz0r (Travel Agency Manager Position)
